FCH JU Programme review days 2019
The D2Servie project has been presented at the FCH JU review days. The conference aims to give an overview on the progress of the FCH JU funded projects. It constitutes an excellent visibility platform for the projects and the technological development achieved in the sector and provides networking opportunities for the participants while facilitating the exchange of ideas and best practices.
A number of 27 projects and 3 studies as well as other FCH JU initiatives, are featured in this year, gathered around the following main sessions:
- Hydrogen for Sectoral Integration
- Fuel Cell Applications for Energy
- Fuel Cell Applications for Transport
- Support for Market Uptake
Topic: Design of 2 Technologies and Applications to Service
Speaker: Dr. Andreas Linhart, DLR Institute of Networked Energy Systems & Olivier Bucheli, SOLIDpower S.p.A.
Date: November 19, 2019, 15:40 – 16:00

HANNOVER MESSE 2019
The D2Servie project was present again at the Hannover Fair 2019 by means of an infoposter at the booth of the DLR Institute of Networked Energy Systems.
Topic: D2Service - Simplify service procedures and reduce service efforts
Date: April 01-05, 2019

8th International Conference on Fundamentals and Development of Fuel Cells (FDFC 2019)
During the D2Service project, different fuel cell-based micro-CHP systems have been installed and tested at the test bench of the DLR Institute of Networked Energy Systems. The procedures for setting up a test bench that were applied and refined have been analysed, structured and finally presented at the 8th international conference on fundamentals and development of fuel cells (FDFC 2019) in Nantes (France).
The main topics at FDFC2019 address fuel cells and electrolysers, ranging from fundamentals of electrochemistry to systems operation. Recent advances in materials, single cells, stacks and system development, as well as fuel cell diagnosis, power processing and control, characterisation of MEA, are also presented during the conference.
Topic: Test bench design for fuel cell-based micro-CHP systems
Speaker: Heinz Bekebrok, DLR Institute of Networked Energy Systems
Date: February 12 2019, 11:00

HANNOVER MESSE 2018
Topic: Design 2 service of Micro-CHP systems
Speaker: Marco Zobel, DLR Institute of Networked Energy Systems

Programme Review Days 2016
The Fuel Cell and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking (FCH 2 JU) is organizing the sixth edition of its Programme Review Days for which 100 projects allocated in 6 panels covering cross-cutting, energy and transport in research and demonstration activities are being reviewed by 20 external experts from Europe and USA.
The Programme Review Days 2016 will take place at Charlemagne Building (Rue de la Loi 170) in Brussels on 21-22 November 2016.
Tobias Thomsen, project manager of D2Service presents the latest results on Monday November 21st at 11:40

6.Workshop Zulassung – Zertifizierung – Normung

FCHJU 9th Stakeholder Forum
The Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking is organizing the 9th edition of its Stakeholder Forum.
Addressing European decarbonisation targets requires technologies that reduce energy consumption and emissions whilst fully harnessing the potential of renewable energies. In this context, Fuel Cells and Hydrogen technologies constitute a significant opportunity to substitute fossil fuels in transport, energy and industrial sectors. They also have great potential to diversify Europe’s energy supplies whilst making better use of sustainable domestic resources. As these technologies are now entering the market, a concerted effort from public and private partners is necessary to trigger large-scale deployment.
On 23 November 2016, the 9th edition of the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU) Stakeholder Forum will explore how fostering partnerships at different levels can impact and propel existing deployment strategies and/or give rise to new business cases and markets.
